Service rating : not what I was expecting regards content, I asked the guy for a car mag that had classic or vintage cars. I was told that this magazine. I would like to cancel my subscription as so far I have received only one copy.

Service rating : At the end of my previous subscription period, I didn't get any reminder or offer for renewal.That's whyI had to discover this by non-receipt of the april issue. A call solved this quickly. So: flawed subscription management, goodservice.
In the past I have had at least 4-5 occasion when I didn't recieve ancertain issue. Also that was treated well by your customer support people.
Product : I am certainly one of your earliest non-UK subscribers. You magazine is very good............except that I would like to see (much) more technical / engineering stories & content. I miss LJK Setright very much, and I miss detailed and inspired stories about classiccar technology and creative solutiuons to problems in restauration and overhaul projects. But even if I'll have to do without that, I will probably continue my support to your scriblings !

Service rating : So far, so good as i only buy from a newsagent monthly and so far I have had no difficulty in obtaining the latest copy.
Product : I have been a reader of another, so called "Worlds best-selling classic car" magazine for over 40 years but on one occasion I was unable to obtain the latest issue so bought Octane under duress. What a breath of fresh air! An excellent magazine that seems to cover all aspects of classic motoring. I find the individual articles to be very informative. Overall, an easy to read, beautifully presented motoring magazine that should satisfy all ages from 18 to 80.
